• Capabilities
  • Extruded profiles capabilities with circle sizes up to 12 inches of width, produced from presses ranging from 1550 to 3000 tons.
  • A new 5,500 ton hydraulic press, with handling systems and ancillary equipment, specifically engineered to extrude products requiring critical surface for high exposed architectural applications, up to 16 inches of width. Planned startup is the fourth quarter of 2009.
  • In-house painting capability in High Solids polyesters as well as Kynar 500® and Hylar 5000® based coatings meeting AAMA 2604 and 2605 specifications.
  • Anodizing is available in lengths up to 35' in clear, 201-R1 through 215-R1 (Silver or Gold) or Bronze 2 Step. Brite Dip (200-R5, Silver or Gold) with or without polishing is among the highest quality available.
  • Thermal barrier capabilities offering structural integrity while minimizing or eliminating thermal transfer.
