that are most distinctive: extrusion presses ranging from 1,650
tons to our state-of-the-art, 5,500-ton extrusion press engineered
to produce architectural-quality extruded
aluminum profiles up to 16 inches wide,
light-commercial to high performance organic spray coatings, Class
I and II clear anodic and two-step electrolytic coatings, bright
anodizing, mechanical polishing, Azo-Braded® fill and de-bridge,
and polyamide thermal barrier assemblies.
Bonnell Aluminum serves the North American market through a network
of regional extrusion facilities. Our aluminum extrusion operations
are located in the southeast and in the Midwest areas of the United

AACOA, a
division of Bonnell Aluminum, is an aluminum extruder that offers
industry-leading quality anodizing services (clear sulfuric and
two-step electrolytic) and produces fabricated aluminum extruded
products packaged to the customer's specifications. Our
state-of-the-art fabrication equipment include precision cut-back
saw capable of holding close length tolerances and several
extrusion machining centers. Operations include: piercing,
sanding, deburring, and bending.
